Capricious Poodles is a name conceived by my artist friend, Zefi, who lives in Tasmania. I hadn't come up with a name for the dolls I make beyond "sock poodle dolls".
The dolls are fun to make. They're made from the classic sock monkey socks, but I don't use the pattern that's included with the socks. My dolls are each unique because I don't use a pattern at all. I just cut and sew and POOF! There's a poodle doll!
Stay tuned for more on the dolls and pictures of the completed dolls so far. I'm recovering from the flu so I'm keeping my computer time short. Back soon! diane
